Graham Lyon Executive Chairman

Whilst the company has been through a number of transitions over the years, we have been fortunate enough to catch up with the newly appointed chairman Graham Lyon. Mr. Lyon is an experienced oil and gas executive with 40 years of experience across technical, operational and commercial leadership roles, including as Chairman of Infrastrata plc (AIM: INFA) and International Vice President of Petro-Canada (TSX: PCA).  Mr Lyon is a Petroleum Engineer by training, is currently Non-Executive Chairman at SulNOx Group PLC (NEX: SNOX), and holds various private directorships with small energy and consulting firms.

Sound Energy plc is a Mediterranean upstream company. The principal activity of the Company and its subsidiaries in the exploration, appraisal, and development of production as an operator in the oil and gas industry. Its principal activity in Morocco, During recent times the company has seen a major discoloration in the company’s share price and Lyons believes more than anyone that the market has the company wrongly valued. Investors should not bet the ranch on the company but there’s a competent plan in place with a key focus on execution.
