All guns are blazing in Georgia says Block’s Haywood
Block Energy is striving to become the largest independent oil and gas producer in Georgia. The global outbreak of coronavirus forced the AIM-listed resource company to shut in operations in April, but three months on restrictions are being lifted, the Early Production Facility (EPF) has been delivered and Block is hopeful it can bring gas back on line in the second half of 2020.
Chief executive Paul Haywood tells Sarah Lowther that the EPF’s arrival gives Block the capacity to produce up to 6-7 million cubic feet a day which he says “For a company of our size is material volume. The guys are on location and all guns are blazing.”
