The man with the Golden Gun
“…There’s never been a finer time to go prospecting with a full purse…”
With approximately £800,000 to spend, investment company Gunsynd is honing in on investments with potential for multi-million pound alcohol deals, and proof of exploration at two precious metals projects.
With investments in exploration companies Rincon Resources and Eagle Mountain, and the conditional disposal of its investment in Sunshine Minerals the company is now well funded for the foreseeable future.
Gunsynd concurs that the global fiscal and monetary response to COVID-19 is likely to provide strong stimulus to the natural resources sector and in particular gold, so now is the time to be involved and invested.
So back to the alcohol deals. Actor Ryan Reynolds has pulled off a blinding deal with Diageo selling his Aviation American Gin for £465 million pounds ($700 mln). Gunsynd is speculating whether its investment in specialty spirits owner Rogue Baron (née Human Brands) may too have a heavyweight blockbuster brand in its portfolio.
Listen to Gunsynd non-executive director Peter Ruse talk to Sarah Lowther about public offerings in the UK and Australia, smashing walnuts with sledgehammers and why only fools would exit early from a golden opportunity.
